Refund Policy

The Journal of Advanced Business and Finance Studies (JABFS) aims to maintain transparency and fairness in all financial transactions. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for payments such as Article Processing Charges (APCs), subscription fees, or print copy orders.

1. Article Processing Charges (APCs)

  • APCs are payable only after a manuscript has been formally accepted for publication.

  • Once payment has been made and the publication process has begun, APCs are non-refundable, except in the case of an editorial error where the article cannot be published.

  • If an author withdraws a manuscript before publication after making the payment, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be considered, depending on the production stage.

2. Subscription Fees (if applicable)

  • Subscription payments for print copies are refundable only if:

    • The request is made within 14 days of payment, and

    • No issues have been shipped during that time.

  • Refunds are processed after deducting any administrative and transaction fees.

3. Printed Copy Orders

  • Refunds for printed copies are granted only if:

    • The product is damaged during shipping, or

    • The wrong issue/volume has been delivered.

  • Claims must be made within 15 days of delivery, supported by photographic evidence.

  • Replacement copies will be issued where possible; if replacement is not possible, a full refund will be provided.

4. Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the editorial office via the official contact email.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15 business days using the original payment method.

Commitment to Fairness
