Abstract

The global business landscape has undergone a transformative shift in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. One of the most significant changes has been in the structure and strategies of global supply chains, which have had to adapt to new challenges such as supply disruptions, labor shortages, and shifting consumer demand patterns. This study aims to explore the strategic evolution of global supply chains in the post-pandemic business environment and analyze their impact on corporate profitability. By evaluating the responses of various industries and their supply chain adjustments, the research highlights how companies have redefined their operational strategies to remain resilient and competitive. The study further examines the role of digital transformation, sustainability practices, and geopolitical factors in reshaping supply chain strategies. The findings underscore the importance of agile supply chains in ensuring business continuity and profitability in an increasingly uncertain global market. The study concludes by offering strategic recommendations for businesses seeking to optimize their supply chain operations in the post-pandemic era.
