The rapid diffusion of financial technology has fundamentally reshaped the microfinance landscape, offering new mechanisms to support entrepreneurial activity and financial inclusion. This study empirically examines the impact of fintech and artificial intelligence integration on microfinance performance and entrepreneurial outcomes using a mixed-methods experimental framework. Quantitative results reveal that higher levels of fintech adoption are strongly associated with increased entrepreneurial revenue growth, improved loan allocation efficiency, and reduced default rates. The integration of AI-based credit scoring significantly enhances risk assessment accuracy, enabling microfinance institutions to expand loan sizes and outreach while maintaining portfolio quality. Graphical and tabular analyses further demonstrate substantial reductions in loan processing time, improved operational efficiency, and stronger employment generation effects among fintech-enabled enterprises. Qualitative insights complement these findings by highlighting improved accessibility, personalization of financial services, and trust in digital platforms among micro-entrepreneurs. The results confirm that the joint application of fintech platforms and advanced analytics produces synergistic effects that outperform traditional microfinance models. Overall, the study concludes that fintech-driven microfinance is a powerful enabler of sustainable entrepreneurship and inclusive economic growth, providing evidence-based guidance for policymakers and financial institutions aiming to leverage digital innovation to support SMEs in emerging economies.
